That is our mantra to make sure everyone goes home uninjured. Safety is not just compliance but a culture that is reinforced constantly. We work in complex, ever-changing environments and our workers are trained to approach each task with safety in mind. Before starting any project, a “Job Hazard Analysis” is completed and sent to our office electronically. Our Safety Officer inspects our jobs routinely. We train each employee through multiple means and cover safety topics each Monday morning before the week is started. Each of our field personnel can access their training certificates and cards onsite via our cloud-based file access. Safety is part of who we are through and through.
